For rental homes & boutique inns
It knows who's staying, greets them by name, and answers their questions out loud in your words — from the guide you write once. The same concierge is there on each guest’s phone, too. Every guest gets an answer without you getting every question.
Built by hand in North Carolina, one at a time.
See it working
Same guide, same bookings, same answers — on whichever surface fits your place. Every box comes with Pocket included.
In the room
Your guest holds the button and asks out loud — “Are there extra blankets?” — and the box speaks the answer while it scrolls across the screen.
In their pocket
The same question typed on the way home gets the same answer. Every stay has its own private page — wifi and checkout in hand wherever the day goes. No app, just a link.
What it does
Step 1
Connect your reservations.
Hiya sits alongside whatever runs your bookings — it doesn’t replace it. Connect once and stays arrive on their own, names and dates included.
Every stay
The asking stops reaching you.
Guests get their answer from your guide, in your words, without waiting on a person.
Over time
Your guide gets sharper.
Anything it couldn’t answer comes back to you, ranked by how often guests ask it.
All of it lands in the same place: a stay with nothing left unanswered.
Which is the whole job of a concierge — answer the question while the guest still has it, so the small frictions never pile up into the thing they mention in the review.
Works with what you already use
Hiya sits alongside your booking system, it doesn’t take it over. Rental hosts connect OwnerRez, Hospitable, Hostaway or Lodgify, or paste a calendar link from Airbnb, Vrbo or Booking.com. Inns and B&Bs connect ThinkReservations or Lodgify, with more on the way as innkeepers tell us what they run. Or type stays in by hand. Your listings, your guest messaging and your payouts all stay exactly where they are — nothing to migrate, no stays to re-enter.
Two kinds of places
A house with one guest room and an inn with fourteen need different things from a concierge. Hiya is built for both ends: the single host who runs their own place, and the operator of a small or mid-size boutique property.
Rental homes
Start tonight with the pocket concierge: a private page for every stay, free for 30 days, no card. Add a box to the room whenever you're ready.
Self-serve. Connect your bookings, write your guide, done. See plans and pricing →
Inns & B&Bs
A box in every room, bound to that room's bookings, answering what a guest would otherwise come downstairs to ask. We set it up and maintain it.
We'd rather show you than pitch you. Start with a conversation.
Same concierge, two surfaces — the box lives in the room and answers out loud, while Pocket is a private page for each stay in the guest's own browser (they're side by side above). One subscription covers both. See host plans and pricing →
From your bookings — three ways, your choice. Best: connect your booking system directly — OwnerRez, Hospitable, Hostaway, or Lodgify — and names and dates arrive together, sync themselves every hour, and update when bookings change. Completely hands-off. Or paste the calendar link from your Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com listing — each stay's dates then arrive on their own, and you just add the guest's name in the portal. Or simply type stays in by hand.
It depends which kind of place you run. For a rental home, plans and pricing are here — buy the box outright or start with the link, free for 30 days. For an inn or B&B it's a flat monthly rate per room that includes the hardware and replacement, quoted for your property — start here.
No. The box just sits on the shelf — nothing to install, nothing to pair. The Pocket Concierge opens in the guest's own browser: no app, no account, no sign-in. Each stay's link is minted just for that stay and retires itself at checkout.
